Furniture and decor service

Work with us to create a personalized vision and budgeted plan to reimagine your space.  This service is ideal for those looking to furnish and decorate 1-4 rooms and receive design expertise in a format that you can implement in phases based on your budget and priorities. 

For $300 per room you receive: 

  • One mood board: Images of all proposed furniture, lighting, and decor with inspiration photos. The extent of the mood board will depend on how many of your existing pieces you would like to use. Note: this service doesn’t include selections for permanent finishes like flooring, tile, stone, and hardware. 

  • One Furniture Floor Plan. Illustrates furniture and lighting placement to scale based on your room’s specifications and your communicated needs. We are happy to provide alternative layout options at an additional cost. 

  • Itemized Budget. A detailed list of the products we have selected for your space that has been tailored to your preferred spend. This list includes each piece’s respective retail price points, as well as the discounted price you receive to highlight your savings as a client with Little Nook Interiors. 

  • Client Discount. As a client of Little Nook Interiors, you receive a complimentary discount on pieces from select vendors.

Full service Professional Design is for clients that want to leave the heavy lifting to Little Nook Interiors. We focus on medium to large, full scale projects which we manage from start to finish. Whether you are doing a New Build/Renovation with Furniture & Decor or Furniture & Decor exclusively, our full service interior design team specializes in executing classic designs.. Collaborating with us includes our preferred contractors and suppliers. We’ll establish a scope of work that captures the integrity of your space and design vision. 

The design and planning of your project can take between 3 to 5 months of work before any physical work begins. In order to maintain the quality of our work, we can only take on so many projects at a time and are unfortunately unable to take on every project that comes our way. 

We encourage potential clients to reach out as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss out on booking your preferred project start date. 

**This includes a Scope of Work/Contract with associated Design Fee as well as a Furniture Allowance Schedule following an onsite consultation**

  1. Contact us and fill out a New Client Form. This involves a brief survey that will help us get to know you and your project a bit more.

  2. Discovery Phone Call or Video Chat: we will contact you to set up a 10-20 min Discovery Phone Call (free of charge) with us to further discuss your project and answer any questions.

  3. On-Site Meeting: We will schedule an On-Site Meeting where we will take photos and discuss initial concept feasibility as well as the Furniture Allowance Schedule. The On-Site Meeting has a duration of approximately 1.5-2 hours. An initial investment is payable 1 week prior to the scheduled Meeting. Note. If your project involves a Renovation/Build we will invite one of our preferred General Contractors to attend the On-Site Meeting.
